This forest-grown decaf comes from Limu in western Ethiopia, a region known for producing coffees with natural sweetness, clarity, and depth. Grown at high altitude and naturally processed, this lot showcases everything people love about Ethiopian coffee.
Only ripe cherries are hand-picked before being dried slowly on raised beds for around 21 days, allowing sugars to develop and flavours to concentrate. Once dried, the coffee is gently decaffeinated using the sugarcane-derived EA method, which preserves body and complexity while naturally removing caffeine.
Expect juicy strawberry sweetness up front, bright satsuma citrus adding lift and freshness, and a soft cinnamon warmth on the finish. A rounded, buttery mouthfeel brings balance and structure, delivering a vibrant cup that proves decaf doesn’t need to compromise on flavour.

This really is an excellent coffee. Smooth and full of flavour without any of the bitterness that often accompanies Decaf Coffee .The best decaf I have ever had. Could honestly not tell it apart from caffeinated coffee.
It's difficult finding a decaf with bite, supermarket blends are a bit weedy. This decaf has a full flavour with body that makes you feel like you have had a real coffee rather than a coffee-flavoured drink.
