Refund policy
Refunds and replacements
If you are not happy with the quality of your order - we are here to make it right! If you don't like your product we will happily replace it for free or offer a refund.
The satisfaction guarantee covers up to 500g of coffee.
Please note, refunds due to grind sizes are on a case by case basis. As we roast and grind fresh for all our customers we cannot accept returns for incorrectly chosen grind sizes.
We have a 30-day replace or refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a fix.
If for some reason you are not happy with the order please contact us at info@craftdecaf.com. We have a no fuss policy so we will happily accept this but kindly ask for any feedback as this will really help us improve our products or service to make the next experience better.

Damages and issues
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then we will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.
Refunds
Once the refund has been accepted we will automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
