Free Delivery 
Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class. *To qualify for this you must have spent £25 after any discount is applied unless otherwise specified in a promotion. We charge £2.90 for delivery under this amount.

How we work
We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning, our house coffee is small batch roasted as close to delivery as possible. However we recommend to rest the coffee about 5-10 days to be at its full flavour.

For our discovery subscription from other UK roasters, we ship this at the same time for everyone every 4 weeks, however we are working on sending more regularly. This ensures we can get the coffee as close to roasting as feasibly possible.

Craft Decaf lead time
After we receive your order it will be roasted and despatched on the next working day. Working days are Mon - Friday (exc bank holidays), if you order after 6:00 am on Friday then it will be processed the following Monday.

Postal company lead times

Royal Mail 48hr in our experience takes 1-3 days.

Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process. 

Free Samples

On occasion we may include a free sample from one of our friends in your delivery as a little present. The free samples are often food and may contain certain allergens. Please let us know by adding a note to your order if you do not wish to receive free samples.
