What makes Craft Decaf different from other coffee companies?
At Craft Decaf, we're dedicated exclusively to exceptional decaf coffee. We focus solely on sourcing high-quality beans that are best suited for decaf. Our passion is to provide you with decaf that doesn't compromise on flavor or quality.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order. Order what you need, when you need it. We make it easy to get started without overcommitting.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is £6 on orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
How quickly do you ship wholesale orders?
Orders placed before 12pm are roasted and dispatched the same day. We ship with 24-hour tracked delivery so your coffee arrives fast and fresh.
Can we get samples of your decaf?
Absoltely yes! We are happy to send a wholesale sample pack so you can taste the range before making a decision. Just get in touch and we will arrange it.
Do you offer ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both whole beans and ground coffee. You can select your preference when placing your order.
Is this suitable for house decaf or espresso service?
Both. We supply coffee for house decaf, espresso service, batch brew, and retail bags.
For maximum impact, we recommend running our decaf as your house decaf. You will see the difference in customer response immediately.
Do you have experience supplying coffee shops?
Absolutely. Collectively, our team has over ten years’ experience roasting and supplying coffee to cafés and hospitality businesses of all sizes. You are in safe hands.
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast our coffee in small batches in Bristol to ensure maximum freshness. Your coffee is roasted shortly before it's shipped to you.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioriste direct relationships with farmers to ensure they receive fair compensation. We focus on transparency and sustainability throughout our supply chain.
Can you help us choose the right decaf for our menu?
Of course. We will help you select the right coffee based on your setup, brew method, and customer base.
How is your decaf coffee decaffeinated?
We primarily use the natural Sugarcane decaffeination process at the origin. This method gently removes caffeine using naturally fermented sugarcane, preserving the coffee's full-bodied flavour without any chemical residues.
We also have recently started stocking Mexican Mountain Water decaf, also decaffeinated at origin.
Why do you prefer decaffeination at origin?
Decaffeinating at origin reduces unnecessary food miles and supports coffee growing communities by investing more in bean quality and local economies. It's a sustainable and ethical approach that results in better coffee for you.
