This means every bean gets its perfect roasting match to highlight its unique quirks and flavours. Naturally decaffeinated beans, after their caffeine-free makeover, can be a bit sensitive and prone to over-roasting, so we steer clear of going too dark to keep their delightful tastes intact.

Three very different coffees, each of which makes a very good decaf drink. I've been drinking them either as espresso or Americano and have been very pleased with the results. This is decaf that really tastes of coffee across its range of flavours
