This means every bean gets its perfect roasting match to highlight its unique quirks and flavours. Naturally decaffeinated beans, after their caffeine-free makeover, can be a bit sensitive and prone to over-roasting, so we steer clear of going too dark to keep their delightful tastes intact.

Superb! (from a person who thought decaf can't be good)

I usually can't stand "free from" products (sweeteners, non-dairy milk etc.), so didn't expect to like decaf. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. These were all great coffees, with no off-taste or missing elements. They looked, behaved and tasted like real coffee of the best kind.
Las Palmas is a fruity, funky coffee, great as espresso. The Charmer and The Creative are more traditional chocolate-forward offerings that are very good both as a flat white or espresso. Roasting is very impressive, with no harsh or burnt flavours. Will definitely buy again.
