I like cappuccinos and their milkiness needs a more bitter taste I also like my coffee black and that, for me, needs to be sweeter,more mellow.
The Colombian is delicious for espresso with my sage setup . I grind the beans at level 9 for 12 seconds.
For the aeropress I grind them coarser, at 14, also for 12 seconds. The aeropress is slightly sweeter than the espresso which is perfect twinned with oat milk for a cappuccino, and makes an 8oz cup so I have it black .
I'm delighted I don't have to buy two different coffees so I can buy a kg of beans and get through them before they go stale .
