Rugali has become an impactful example of a successful washing station for the specialty coffee market. It is a station that has in just a few years produced coffees that have been used in competitions worldwide and put the Nyamasheke District on the map for high-quality processed Rwandan coffees.

We practice omni roasting—a philosophy kind of like finding each coffee bean's one true love in roast form!

This means every bean gets its perfect roasting match to highlight its unique quirks and flavours. Naturally decaffeinated beans, after their caffeine-free makeover, can be a bit sensitive and prone to over-roasting, so we steer clear of going too dark to keep their delightful tastes intact.

Is this really decaf? ;-)

Excellent traditional coffee that cuts nicely through milk and is also good as a neat espresso, with no harsh or burnt flavours. I didn't get any off-tastes or missing elements due to decaffeination (actually asked myself if this is really decaf - I can't think of a better compliment, lol).
I also tried The Harmer and Las Palmas and they were great as well.

At last, I can enjoy delicious coffee again!

I love the taste of coffee, but sometimes it doesn't agree with me because of the jitters. I searched online for decaf coffee options, but I found that most use solvents to remove the caffeine, which really turned me off of the decaf market. Then I discovered Craft Decaf, and it was a game changer! The flavour is fantastic, and they use a natural method to decaffeinate the coffee instead of solvents. At last, I can enjoy delicious coffee again!

Not just my favorite decaf so far...

This might be one of my favorite coffees of all time. I use it for an espresso latte, pulling a 22:60 ratio grinding with a 63mm conical burr. The latte is delicious and chocolatey, serving as an amazing post-dinner drink.
