Paradise Mountain - EA Decaf

Papua New Guinea is starting to produce some really high quality coffees and we’ve found this wonderful example of a beautifully balanced washed coffee which has held all its characteristics after going through the EA decaffeination process.

These beans have combined the flavours from the limestone hills of the Simbu Province, with the volcanic soil of the Eastern Highlands, and you’ll be able to pick out dark chocolate & sweet maple syrup.

Producer

This coffee is produced by Yomborsa Coffee. It is located in one of the Eastern Highland Province sub regions called Henganofi. This is located between Goroka and Kainantu and with a high Concentration of quality coffee farmers.

Perfectly Roasted

We practice omni roasting—a philosophy kind of like finding each coffee bean's one true love in roast form!

This means every bean gets its perfect roasting match to highlight its unique quirks and flavours. Naturally decaffeinated beans, after their caffeine-free makeover, can be a bit sensitive and prone to over-roasting, so we steer clear of going too dark to keep their delightful tastes intact.
