We practice omni roasting—a philosophy kind of like finding each coffee bean's one true love in roast form! 

This means every bean gets its perfect roasting match to highlight its unique quirks and flavours. Naturally decaffeinated beans, after their caffeine-free makeover, can be a bit sensitive and prone to over-roasting, so we steer clear of going too dark to keep their delightful tastes intact.

I love the coffee and it is nice to get different varieties. My fav is Cinnamon and chocolate. It is nice to get good coffee that is decaf.

I love coffee. I love making espresso at home but recently have found myself unable to handle the caffeine!
