If you have stayed with us a while, you’ll know we had an insane natural processed decaf from Jairo Arcila in 2024. Now this year, we’ve revisited the harvest and man, we didn’t think it could get any better than it already was!
Bright, juicy vibrant notes of big yellow tropical fruits, a well rounded base and lovely syrupy moreish texture.
Naturally processed, the fermentation has pronounced and emboldened all the complex fruity flavours that this 100% Castillo has to offer.

I love bright, sharp, fermented or naturally processed coffees. I never found any decaf with this characteristics until I bought your las palmas coffee. I hope you keep bringing this type of coffee to market.
Deep but fresh fruity flavour, this is best decaf ive had in ages. I doubt people would guess they were drinking decaf as they can be very similar with dark roast profile. Not this one!
